Mental Health Awareness: Understanding First Aid for Mental Health (1 Day) - £395

This accredited qualification trains delegates to be Mental Health First Aiders in the workplace, building the knowledge and recognise the signs and symptoms of common workplace mental health challenges. This course is designed to teach how to effectively guide a person towards mental health support and promote positive well-being in the workplace.

First Aid for Mental Health (2 Day) - £695

This accredited course is designed to equip leaders, supervisors, and HR professionals with the tools and confidence to identify, understand, and respond to mental health challenges in the workplace. Managers play a critical role in fostering a mentally healthy work environment. This course provides practical, evidence-based training to help you support staff experiencing mental health concerns, reduce stigma, and promote a positive workplace culture.
